Governor Charles Chukwuma Soludo has hosted the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Bianca Ojukwu, during a courtesy visit to the Government House, iNews Times reports.

Ambassador Bianca Odumegwu Ojukwu, accompanied by a delegation of esteemed Nnewi indigenes, visited to express appreciation to Governor Soludo for his unwavering support, particularly during her nomination as Minister in the Renewed Hope administration.

Welcoming the Minister and her delegation, Governor Soludo expressed delight at Ambassador Bianca Odumegwu Ojukwu’s appointment and lauded it as a reflection of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s commitment to building a united Nigeria, one where merit and competence supersede political affiliations.

Describing her as “a round peg in a round hole,” the governor said he is confident she will make meaningful contributions in her new position.

“I am delighted to see her thrive in this role.

“Ambassador Bianca’s appointment is a testament to President Tinubu’s commitment to a unified Nigeria, where merit and capability transcend party lines. She is a round peg in a round hole, and I am confident she will make a significant impact.

“May Anambra continue to win!” Governor Soludo stated.

Bianca Ojukwu is the widow of the late Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu, the founding leader of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), a party with deep roots in the South-East.
