Governor Chukwuma Soludo adviced on use of Ndi aka odo

…says ‘Aka Odo’ boys, through their use of clubs to break people’s bones had turned themselves as real terror to the people of the state.

The iNews Times reports that an Nnewi based Prophet, Ikechukwu Uzukwu has decried what he termed inhumane treatment being meted on people of the state by the Special Anti Touting Squad (SASA) popularly known as ‘Aka Odo’ boys.

Uzukwu, Spiritual Head of Soul Revival Outreach, Nnewi, Anambra state regretted that ‘Aka Odo’ boys, through their use of clubs to break people’s bones had turned themselves as real terror to the people of the state.

He advised the governor to approach President Bola Tinubu to learn how he was able to manage the Lagos State which had the highest population of hoodlums before he took over as the governor of the state.

He said, “President Tinubu as a governor never used dangerous weapons on the hoodlums but rehabilitated them and made them useful to themselves, their families and the society.

“Many of the so-called Area Boys of Lagos in those days have at various times got elected into the State and National Assemblies and other important political positions.

“Fulani herdsmen and other criminal elements have been killing people in Anambra State while the governor and his team have remained clueless on how to effectively secure the state.

“I appeal to United Nations, Civil Societies and organizations to come and help us out in Anambra.”

Expressing surprise over Soludo’s preference for what he described as crude approach to fight against insecurity in a decade of civilization, Uzukwu assured Soludo that the ‘Aka Odo’ boys would not save him at the November 8 gubernatorial election.

“There has been unprecedented killing in almost every part of the state, while properties are wantonly and recklessly destroyed by the administration of the day.

“Gov Soludo’s Aka Odo boys are now the real terror to the people of the state by using clubs to break people’s bones, one begins to wonder where the incumbent governor got the wicked, inhuman idea of amputating suspects legs and hands.

“In this decade of civilization, a governor called Professor will instruct persons who are not law enforcement officers to use pestle to break people’s bones and get them handicapped.

“Many people who have suffered from the wicked Aka Odo boys will never remain the same again for the rest of their lives even after getting treatment from the best of orthopedic hospitals.

“This kind of inhumane treatment has never been heard from any part of the world until Soludo brought it to Anambra.

“I have been to Dubai several times, I have never seen such barbaric display of brutality implemented there, is crippling of people who have not been tried and found guilty in a court of competent jurisdiction the Dubai/Taiwan Gov Soludo promised Ndi-Anambra three years ago.

“I have told Soludo to go and seek advice from Gov Alex Oti, the action governor of Abia State who has transformed his State to a land of gold, few months into his administration.

“Gov Soludo can also go to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to learn how he was able to manage the Lagos State which had the highest population of hoodlums before he look over as the governor of the state,” Uzukwu stressed.
