…as Galatasaray makes €5m upgrade from the previously rejected €70 million offer.
The iNews Times reports that Turkish Super Lig champions Galatasaray have stepped up their pursuit of Victor Osimhen, submitting an improved offer to Napoli in a bid to secure the Nigerian striker on a permanent deal.
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Galatasaray’s new proposal is valued at €75 million – an upgrade from the previously rejected €70 million offer.
The revised deal includes an immediate payment of €40 million, with the remaining €35 million structured in installments.
Crucially, the Turkish club has also included bank guarantees as part of the offer to reassure Napoli.
Taking to his X handle on Friday night, Romano shared the update, “Galatasaray submit new proposal to Napoli for Victor Osimhen after €70m rejected!
The Turkish club now offers €75m with €40m immediate payment and €35m in installments, with bank guarantees as key point again.
Decision up to Napoli once again.”
Napoli is now expected to consider the enhanced offer in what could be one of the biggest deals of the summer transfer window.
