Mexico discovers human corpses in secret crematorium

…Investigators say the corpses, including 383 full human bodies and six sets of partial remains, were piled up in various rooms of the building.

The iNews Times reports that a shocking discovery was made in Juárez, Mexico, a city bordering El Paso, Texas, where authorities reportedly found nearly 400 human corpses inside a building used as a secret crematorium.

This shocking discovery was made last Thursday after a tip-off led security operatives to the site, located in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua state.

Investigators say the corpses, including 383 full human bodies and six sets of partial remains, were piled up in various rooms of the building with no apparent order.

According to investigators, many of the bodies had been embalmed, but none had been properly cremated or buried. Instead, families were reportedly handed ashes under the false impression that their loved ones had been cremated.

It was gathered that the building was operated by Jose Luis Arellano Cuaron and an employee, who have been arrested and will face charges for improper disposal of human remains.

Chihuahua Attorney General Cesar Jauregui stated that the deceased individuals are believed to have come from at least six different funeral homes in Juárez.

Cuaron and his employee allegedly misrepresented to funeral companies that they would be cremating the bodies, when in fact, they were not.

Jauregui condemned the actions of the crematorium’s operators, describing them as “irresponsible and unscrupulous” individuals who misused official licenses and betrayed the trust of grieving families.

The state has opened up a process for families to identify their loved ones, and investigators are working to determine if any of the remains are linked to homicides.

This discovery has sent shockwaves across the region, rekindling fears among families of missing persons in Juárez, a city notorious for cartel violence and kidnappings.

Authorities have urged families who suspect their loved ones might be among the recovered remains to come forward with identification documents and details about the funeral homes they engaged.

The iNews Times reports that investigation is ongoing, and authorities are working to uncover the full extent of the negligence and potential wrongdoing involved in this disturbing case.
