…says success is rooted in dedication, discipline and purposeful action.

ONITSHA, Nigeria — The iNews Times reports that young professionals, entrepreneurs and community leaders in Anambra State have been encouraged to embrace commitment, discipline and responsibility as essential pillars for personal growth, leadership and business success.

The advice was delivered by business and education strategist Chinwe Nebolisa during the monthly business meeting and mentorship session organised by UDUF Africa at the Onitsha Business School, Government Reserved Area (GRA).

Speaking on the theme “Love What You Do: Thriving in Relationships and Business,” Nebolisa stressed that success is rooted in dedication, discipline and purposeful action rather than mere emotions.

She urged participants to remain resilient despite challenges, noting that sustained commitment often separates successful individuals from those who abandon their goals prematurely.

The strategist, who lectures at Nwafor Orizu College of Education, emphasised the importance of mindset transformation, encouraging participants to treat difficult circumstances as stepping stones rather than obstacles.

According to her, preparation must align with opportunity, while developing staying power remains critical for long-term success in business and relationships.

She noted that loving one’s work improves emotional well-being, boosts productivity and enhances performance outcomes.

The mentorship session also featured a book review of Good to Great, presented by Edwin Obioma, who highlighted lessons on disciplined leadership, strategic focus and organisational excellence relevant to African enterprises.

Earlier, the founder of UDUF Africa, Ezuma Smart Chinedu, reaffirmed the organisation’s commitment to nurturing ethical and community-driven leaders across the continent.

He explained that the monthly engagements provide a structured platform for mentorship, accountability, collaboration and idea refinement among emerging leaders.

The programme featured parliamentary sessions, networking opportunities and interactive discussions, with participants describing the event as timely and impactful amid growing youth interest in entrepreneurship, leadership and community development.

Observers noted that increased participation in UDUF Africa initiatives reflects a rising determination among young Nigerians to pursue purposeful leadership and sustainable community impact.
