…says more public schools will get facelift, train drivers against traffic violation.

The iNews Times reports that more public schools that had not received enough attention would henceforth receive such attention following Governor Chukwuma Soludo administration’s clearing of inherited counterpart financing arrears up to 2024, and expected Federal Government counterpart contribution.

This decision, according to a statement by Commissioner for Information, Law Mefor was part of the fallout from 11th Anambra State Executive Council (ANSEC) meeting held at the Light House, Awka, on June 16, 2025.

The Council also disclosed plans to train and retrain drivers in the state and to place those who commit major traffic violations on a blacklist.
