Morayo Afolabi-Brown Resigns from TVC After 12 Years to Pursue Passion Project

Morayo Afolabi-Brown Bows Out of TVC

…the network revealed that Morayo’s decision to step down stems from a desire to fully focus on a personal passion.

LAGOS, NIGERIA – The iNews Times, reports that Morayo Afolabi-Brown, the popular host of Your View and Managing Director of TVC Entertainment, has officially resigned from TVC Communications after over a decade of dedicated service.

The news of her resignation was confirmed in a statement released on Monday by Edward Akintara, TVC’s Manager of PR, Corporate Communications & Marketing. According to the statement, Morayo’s final working day will be Thursday, August 29, 2025.

 

The network revealed that her decision to step down stems from a desire to fully focus on a personal passion project she has nurtured for years.

 

“We celebrate her for the incredible impact she has made, not only on Your View, but also on millions of viewers across Nigeria and beyond,” the statement read.

 

TVC Communications praised Morayo’s significant role in the success of Your View, describing her departure as a major moment for the organization. However, the network reassured fans that the show will continue to deliver the same level of quality and relevance it is known for.

 

“Morayo will be dearly missed, however, the show remains strong and will continue to deliver the quality and relevance our audience has come to expect,” the statement added.

 

The company expressed deep appreciation for Morayo’s contributions, calling her an inspiration and wishing her the very best in her future endeavors.

 

“Her legacy at TVC Communications will endure, and she will always remain a cherished member of the TVC family,” the statem
