One of the passengers, who shared his experience, praised the pilot and Air Peace for their swift decision to return to Owerri, ensuring everyone’s safety.

The iNews Times however gathered that the airline has arranged for a replacement aircraft to transport the affected passengers to Abuja, minimizing disruptions to their travel plans.

This swift action has drawn commendation from aviation experts and the traveling public.

Air Peace in a statement on it’s verified Facebook page confirmed the incident but noted that the airline suffered multiple bird strikes that affected two of it’s planes.
